Individual program design utilizes testing and evaluation to identify the best roadmap possible to set athletes up for long term success. As athletes accumulate training data program specificity naturally will increase as we can utilize the information from our program to make better decisions. Program considerations include:

All billing of the price listed is weekly reoccuring.
All sessions are booked through the gymstudio app. “No Shows” or cancellations within four hours of any training session cannot be made up.
Sessions which cannot be attended live can be performed independently using the teambuildr app. Video recordings of training can be sent in via the teambuildr app and feedback will be provided. We strongly recommend this for the best results. Athletes who are successful in our program simply never miss training sessions.
Customers have the choice of utilizing billing freezes (up to four weeks per year) or remaining at the same price point of sign up for the duration of high school.
For example: Athletes who sign up for up to two sessions weekly during the 2024 calendar year will be billed at $240 per week on a recurring basis. If a freeze option is chosen then the price will go up each year by 10% on a weekly recurring charge beginning in 2025.
For example: If you are an athlete paying $240 per week for up to two sessions per week in 2024 but chose the “freeze” option the price would increase to $264 a week on the first week of January 2025.
