The Science Over Tradition digital training program is a great way to train with our system anywhere in the world. Our team programming is based on years experience, scientific research, and methods that we have used to get amazing results with our members. Our programming will address multiple physical qualities simultaneously while and manipulating volume and intensity in order to produce the greatest results possible. All programs are setup to build strength and improve body composition. We truly believe that if we are able to enhance these qualities health and performance will be substantially elevated. Programs will rotate every month and will consist of four training days a week.
All training programs are uploaded onto the train heroic platform which allows participants to easily log sessions, track weights, view demonstration videos, and look at notes and safety tips. Please be advised that our team training program is not individualized and is based off of tried and true training methods done in a group format.

For athletes who are looking to begin training for the first time, our Developmental Sports Performance Training Program is a great option. This program will is focused on the development of motor control, mobility, and strength. It serves as an outstanding prerequisite to our team program. elite recovery TEAM
For over a decade our experience has shown us that when it comes to training, being under recovered is always more of a limiting factor than being overtrained. Most people do not have a problem getting to the gym and training hard, but are often confused about how to recovery optimally. Our Elite Recovery Team consists of individuals who are looking to make the most out of non-weight training days by utilizing a structured recovery program. Joining our elite recovery team will not only hold you accountable, but it will take your training to the next level. These modalities will benefit individuals of any training age regardless of training goals.
Our entire elite recovery team protocols are uploaded onto the train heroic platform. Video demonstrations, notes, and as well as other exercise details make this an easy to follow program format.

Conditioning with a goal in mind can make a huge difference when it comes to health and sports performance. Our conditioning program focuses on the development of various energy systems in a systemic way that quantifies improvements. A variety of methods are made available and volume is gradually increased over time to continue to challenge participants. This is a safe, effective, and measured way to improve conditioning. It is very easy to feel that you worked hard, but in order to improve any specific energy system, there must be an organized approach that takes into consideration all variables. Conditioning programs are completely individualized based on training goal or sports participation. All aspects of program design are uploaded via train heroic.
